CCD welcomes Dr. Eylem Thron to the team
To help service our busy human factors department, we’re delighted to announce that Eylem has joined us as Principal Consultant.
Eylem is a Chartered Ergonomist with a PhD in Engineering and MSc in Human Factors, who has over 10 years experience as a Human Factors Engineer across aerospace, defence, highways and rail.
Her current focus is on user-centred design and accessibility and in that capacity she has worked on high-profile projects such as Crossrail and Thameslink as a consultant, project manager and independent assessor, whilst also conducting station and train surveys, task and equipment assessments, physical and maintainability assessments. Eylem brings vast experience in working across the concept, design, and implementation phases of projects and delivering workshops and technical reports under critical time constraints.

I'm delighted to be joining CCD at such an exciting time as they continue to go from strength to strength. I'm looking forward to contributing to the industry-leading experience and the expertise in the team.Eylem Thron - Principal Human Factors Consultant
