We Create

Making sense

From our discovery work, we have a pool of insights and knowledge to make sense of.  This stage is about exploring the problem and building the right strategy upon which the design can develop.

There are a range of tools we use in this stage that help us simplify the information as well as help us to communicate it to you. We often use co-creation exercises to build these models together with you and your team.

Ideas and Concepts

Making sense of the problem helps to define the brief and the requirements. From this evidence base, we can start to generate and refine ideas. This is about capturing the widest range of concepts and using various methods to hone these down.

We often run collaborative design exercises at this stage to jointly generate ideas, or as part of a prototyping exercise, to quickly test and try out concepts. We uncover more as we go, which informs our direction.
