Recruiting design research interns now
11 Jul 2017
As part of our on-going CCD: Re – Research, Rethink, Reimagine programme, we are looking for two interns to join our programme from the middle of September this year.
The position is for 6 months, based in our studio in Kings Cross, London.
We are looking for graduates with diverse skills and a passion for design and understanding people’s behaviour. You probably have a degree in a design discipline, design research, ethnography, human factors, service design or behavioural science.
What we offer
Competitive internship salary, fresh fruit, morning pastries, a cubicle-free environment, and a chance to make a positive difference in people’s lives and do great work in London.
The internship is for 6 months. At the end of the programme, there is the potential for a permanent position depending on our recruitment needs at the time. There is also the potential to extend the intern placement for a further 6 months.
There are two positions available in the programme so you will be working in a small team with another intern.
So far this year, our research programme has tackled projects on wearables in sport, rethinking the ticket machine, researching how we might design better for people with dementia, reimagining the passenger experience at the airport gate and a study into how people use different spaces in offices for different uses.
